You could just use the program Windows Movie Maker, every windows got the program standard.

Its a very easy program to make your records. you also can add effects and background music with it.

For the program go:

Start -> All programs -> Windows Movie Maker.

There is probly also a guide in the program, for if you really dont know how to use. (its pretty easy)

Or Fraps (Better quality, but you have to search a crack for it)
